Hayley Aviva Silverman was born in 1986. She studied Interdisciplinary Sculptural Studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore, Maryland where she achieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2008. Her works have been displayed in solo and group exhibitions in the USA and various countries across Europe since 2008, including the Swiss Institute, New York (2008), the Netherlands Media Art Institute, Amsterdam (2009), the Venice Biennale of Architecture (2014), the MoMA PS1, New York (2015), the SculptureCenter, New York (2014) and the Salzburger Kunstverein (2016). Hayley Silverman lives and works in New York.
