Olga Pedan was born in Kharkov in the Ukraine in 1988. She studied Fine Art and Critical Studies at Goldsmith University in London from 2008 to 2009. Then from 2009 to 2014, she studied art at the Städelschule, Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste school of art in Frankfurt am Main. In 2015, she was awarded the IASPIS – International Cultural Exchange scholarship by the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and received the Frankfurter Künstlerhilfe award. Olga Pedan’s works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions since 2011 and have been displayed at the MMK-Zollamt (now the MMK 3, Frankfurt am Main, 2014) and the Dortmunder Kunstverein (2016), among others. The artist lives and works in Berlin.
