MARKUS ORSINI-ROSENBERG was born in Vienna in 1961. From 1982 to 1992, he studied painting with Maria Lassing and Christian Ludwig Attersee at the College of Applied Arts in Vienna and architecture with Hans Hollein. He also studied with Hubert Dietrich to obtain a diploma in restoration and conservation. His works have been displayed at solo and group exhibitions in Austria and abroad. Markus Orsini-Rosenberg lives and works in Vienna and Damtschach, Carinthia.
