Vivian Greven

Vivian Greven was born in Bonn in 1985. From 2006 until 2015, she studied with Thomas Grünfeld und Siegfried Anzinger at the Düsseldorf Art Academy. Her works are part of internationally renowned museum collections such as the Xiao Museum Rizhao, the Long Museum Shanghai, the Museum Kunstpalast in Düsseldorf, the collection Kunsthaus NRW and the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart. In 2020 her works have been featured in solo exhibitions at Kunstpalais Erlangen and 2021 at Museum Langmatt, Kunstverein Heidelberg, Gallery Vacancy in Shanghai and at Kadel Willborn Gallery Düsseldorf. In 2023 the Neue Galerie Gladbeck will be holding a comprehensive solo exhibition for Vivien Greven. Additionally, her works were part of much noticed group exhibitions, among others 2020 in the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg, the Kunstmuseum Bonn or the Deichtorhallen Hamburg, as well as 2021 at Ludwig Forum Aachen. From 2019 to 2022, Vivian Greven has been working as a professor at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe. She lives and works in Düsseldorf.
